The fee for notarial services is $10.00 per notarial act or each occurance of a notarial act. No additional charges for notary signing as a witness.
Minimum Mobile Charge
$75.00
Price includes first 30 miles from notary's location, then mileage is charged at .60/mile, roundtrip.
Real Estate Transactions
Starts at $200.00
Sellers, Buyers, Refi's, Loan Documents.
Price includes printing of documents, notarizing, scanning back and dropping off to FedEx or UPS using your prepaid label. Notary may serve as 1 witness at no additional charge.
Additional Witnesses
$65.00
This charge applies if the notary needs to provide an additional witnesses.
Printing of Documents
$2.00/page
This is the charge if the notary is required to print any documents. This does not apply to Real Estate Transactions.
After Hours/Weekend/Holiday
$50.00 upcharge
This charge will be added if the notary is needed after normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 6 pm), Weekends, or Nationally observed Holidays.
